"Just left there. I've been a customer for over a year. The man behind the counter tells me that on my last visit he undercharged me. He offers to pull the receipt and I tell him that would only prove what Did happen, not what he claims happened so that won't be necessary. I let him add what he says I owed to the current tab and paid. I wasn't happy about it because I felt like it was their problem not mine. I pay what they say my total is and keep it moving. I hadn't even made it to the exit when he calls me back to the register. "I forgot to charge you for the beer". Luckily I was the last person rung up so the transaction was still on the display. I pointed at beer on the list and told him that I'd Never be back. Shop at your own risk."

"Always a pleasant experience, new owners and no grumpy cashier ladies lol (ignore the comments about her bc it isnt like that anymore) the newer owners actually took the time to help me find a good liquor for my party! Hes an awesome guy!! They also were out of something i was looking for so they told me theyre gonna place an order for me so they have it the next time i come looking! Above and beyond customer service!"

"The workers here are very nice and it’s always clean inside. Store has a smaller selection so it’s only popular brands. If you’re a wine fanatic this is not your shop as the wine selection is very slim. I will say that everything is $2-$4 more than some other stores but the location is awesome. They’re dependable, stocked up and stay busy so I’ve been happy with BFL for years."

"Absolutely zero customer service skills. That woman behind the cash register was so rude for absolutely no reason! I'll take my business a few miles down the road with pleasure. I suggest you reduce your staff quickly."

"I recently moved in the area less than a month ago and have been in the store 3 or 4 times and I just feel like my experience today could have been better. I brought two bottles of liquor and left the store and as soon as I got home I had the bag break on me shattering the liquor on my floor in my driveway. I immediately went back with the bottle and the bag and was hoping that I would either get another bottle free or a discount on the second since this really is not my fault. The bag obviously wasn't durable enough to hold the contents and generally, I assume when I get a bag it can hold whats in it. I didn't get any of that. Now to me, this is a fine grey area in customer service. I don't think a discount or free bottle is mandatory, however, facing similar situations in my businesses, I have always used these as opportunities to build strong relationships with my customers. A $23 bottle could have earned a frequent repeat dedicated customer however, now, I am just frustrated. I am not saying I won't be back, it just won't be my first choice despite being minutes from my house. It's all around a crappy situation and I think it would have been preventable with paper bags, or simply a more expensive plastic bag. At the same time, I should have been more responsible and not assumed the bag could hold what was in it. Overall, I just wish this place stepped up and helped me out here instead of just allowing me to buy another bottle (something else since I brought the last bottle of bacardi and it broke) at full retail knowing what I had just experienced. Not sure if the employee didn't believe me or wasn't capable of doing anything, she was pretty nice but again, I was hoping for more than just an apology."
