"Made an appointment online for 10:30 for ear piercing and show up and no one had opened the store. The store opened at 10am per the website and store sign. Great way to lose business."
"I went into this Claire’s the other day and I first noticed a smell when I walked in and I didn’t know what it was until I got closer to the person behind the counter and I realized it was coming from her. Besides that she mostly seemed uninterested in helping me and didn’t move from her position behind the counter the entire time and stayed on her phone so I left. I went back today and talked with the a different employee named Dazey about what I was looking for and she helped me and was very polite during the whole interaction."
"Took my 8 year old here to get her ears pierced for her birthday. One ear was pierced higher than the other one and the healing experience was terrible with the one lower on her ear. Needless to say, we'll have to go somewhere else to get it fixed after it's healed."
"The girl working at the store at 6pm on 12/17/20 was so freaking rude and terrified of covid. I work in the medical field and I'm not rude to anyone, so that's not an excuse. She was so rude to my daughter who is 5, she wanted her ears pierced and the girl was so mean the whole time. Thankfully my daughter did good and wasn't phased but she should not work in a store with children."
"The black haired adult goth has a fake smile and her energy screams "I hate my job and you". The short redheaded girl is much more friendly. Prices are awful, definitely a cash grab for adults with children that beg for the appealing junk. Not returning! Also, saw a half eaten apple on the floor likely from a customer's unruly child - but don't worry, I picked it up so the nice lady wouldn't have to !!"
