"Very difficult to communicate with. Sends stuff I don't need. Does not send stuff you do need. Sent me a 6 to 2 reducer for a keg still for there heater. No where is a 6 Inch round coupler gonna weld to a round keg. Way to big. So I pay for stuff I can't use. I'm not even bothering to call try to get a coupler from them or get money back on this one. Would not at all recommend"

I actually picked it up in person, Jeff is a great guy and stands to his word. I have done a couple of runs with my still and I love it. Beautiful craftsmanship and produces a great spirit.
