"I went in today around 12 to buy dog food, i walked around the store a few minutes and then grabbed the dog food and headed to checkout. The woman working the register (possibly the manager?) was checking out a guy with more items than i had, so i went to the self checkout register. I bought the dog food and one other item (my total was $22), and put the receipt in the bucket because i didn’t want it. when i left the store and walked to my car, the woman working the register left the customer she was with, followed me to my car, and yelled at me “are you going to pay for the dog food or just walk out with it”. I respectfully told her (despite being humiliated and aggressively accused of stealing from a store i frequently shop at) that I had already paid for it. She then asked where my receipt was at so I told her i put it in the sand bucket by the self checkout where all the other receipts people did not want are located. I was at the register for 2-3 minutes, and walked directly passed her after purchasing my two items. I never received an apology for the accusation. i felt threatened and afraid for my safety by the way she approached me."
"Go if you need a couple of things and don't want to go the big grocery store. You can get anything verily cheap and get in and out quickly with help from nice clerks"
"Starting to dig Dollar General....it's convenient..... but if you look around there are deals to be had... .beats going all the way into town to Walmart for just a couple of items....like to see them expand their grocery items."
"This dollar general is my favorite, stge staff are helpful and kind the store is organized and clean. Sale and clearance items are marked and sold for the correct price. All around great experience Every visit"
"This Dollar General is so clean. I come at different times of the week and it's always kept so nice, they keep everything stocked and pulled to the front of the shelves. They have a great selection and the dollar aisle is my favorite! All of the cashiers are awesome, really nice and super helpful/ attentive."
