"They did significant damage to my devices, charged my credit card a huge amount of money and did none of the repairs agreed. They said they were going to replace a screen on an expensive macbook pro with a better screen which I provided. Instead, they destroyed my motherboard, put a screw driver through both internal speakers, destroyed ports, destroyed the connection between the motherboard and the screen, and locked me out of my mac account by pushing buttons. I brought 3 total devices to them for estimates- the expensive mac book pro, an older macbook pro, and an iphone, and they damaged everything and were shady about returning the devices. When I complained they put on christian music, and did eventually return my devices. The young lady tried to tell me someone intentionally tried to sabotage my computer before I brought it to her, which is definitely not true. I tried multiple times to reach the owner. This is the worst repair shop imaginable. They void any warranties I have and completely destroyed 2 out of 3 devices and damaged all the devices. They did 1000s of dollars worth of damage, did not do the repair we agreed on after the estimates on the 3 devices, and kept trying to charge my credit card for an outrageous amount."

They also take their time with you and explain exactly what needs to be done to take care of all your computer issues. I would recommend anybody I know to please try them out."

"Instead of being honest the repair man but a IPhone XR screen on my IPhone 11. I now have a smaller screen on my phone. It was more expensive than places I’ve gone before to get it fixed. $150 for screen replacement."

"I went here few weeks ago to my laptop screen repaired. That was all that needed to be repaired. Everything went smooth. They had it all done the same day. Now it's been a few weeks and all my files have disappeared not once but twice. I work from all and all my work apps are gone! Keep in mind I never had an issue with my laptop before. Not once! Now all a sudden this happens. I call and the guy is going to tell me he has never heard of that happening that it seems like I may have an hard drive issue. Really now??? After you all were just supposed to fix the screen. I knew something wasn't right thinking back. I only went here for a screen repair but they told me it had to update and it would take about an hour when I called to pick it the day they repaired it. Now thinking back it was no reason it should have been updating or anything. I truly believe these people did something to my laptop for me to have to bring it back in for more repairs! I am a mother of two and barely had the money to pay these people for the screen. Now I'm having these issues trying to work from home! This is ridiculous. Definitely will not be going back!"
