"Very unprofessional place to conduct business with. Had an appointment window today between the hours of 10am-noon. Received a phone call around 2:33pm to tell me that they're running behind schedule. The owner who's using an alias Paul need a lesson on customer service and accountability,he wonders why tech pro pluss as a Google rating of 1.9 stars. It will be certainly going below that average very soon with his terrible attitude. And Shame on lowes to be doing business with a company like this."
"Not sure why all the low ratings but our experience was good. This was a Bosch dishwasher warranty repair through Lowes. I liked that they set my expectations by calling prior to arrival, they masked for safety, were polite, explained and showed me what was wrong, they were in and out all resolved in about an hour, and declined to take a tip. Great job TPP."

"I blindly picked this company from the Lowe's Warranty providers for my dishwasher repair. I needed to reschedule but the warranty provider didn't actually cancel. So the tech employee was trying to fulfill the appointment, called while en route to my house, and was nice enough to wait 10 minutes, but I wasn't able to get home in time so we rescheduled. Appointment #2, he again called when en route, showed up on time, and easily fixed my dishwasher drainage issue. I wanted to give him 5 stars because I see so many bad reviews on here, and my experience was great."
