"Greg came out to replace our water heater without doing any analysis. It turned out the leak was not the water heater but instead a slab leak which he quoted $5K- $8K to fix. He left us with no hot water for a month and completely ghosted us after collecting the money for the new water heater. He is not reliable, knowledgeable or honest. We will not use Greg again."

"I used Greg for many years and I won’t be anymore. I had a major water main leak of 60 gallons an hour and went on for 2 weeks and I would call and he would promise to call me back to put me on his schedule. I never been so displeased and a simple.. I am too busy maybe you need to find someone else? Last contact was over a week ago and still not returned my call. Don’t expect him to respond in an emergency because even a long term customer like myself almost begging for him to come out will not get anywhere. I hired another plumber and will never contact him again for another job."

"Due to a series of unfortunate events we had no water. I called several plumbers to no avail. Finally, at about 8PM I got Gregg on the line. He told me he was picking up his daughter from soccer practice and didn't make after hours calls. I explained that we had no water and asked what time he could get here tomorrow. Gregg: "I'll be there in an hour." Me: “I thought you said you don't work at night." Gregg: "But you don't have water. I'll be there as soon as I drop my daughter off at home." And an hour later he showed up on my door, got the water running, and charged a fair rate. He has a new customer for life."

His prices are extremely competitive and he will let you know exactly what is going on. I've felt on every occasion that I've been treated fairly given each circumstance.
