"I called for service and was able to get someone out the same day. They came out and charged me $1500 to clear the line to the house to the tank. 5 days later it’s clogged again. I called and now they can’t get me on the schedule for 5 days and don’t know whether it’ll be free to get them to flush that pipe again. Very disappointed in follow through service with this company."
"This is a bait and switch company. I call them to have them pump my septic tank. Nice Lady over phone quote me $249.99 for a maintenance pump. The driver show up to my home ,never pull the truck down my driveway.He walk around to my backyard located septic, he stated "I can't dig , I need to get the backhoe. Okay. Once he dug out cap to the septic, he open it , stated I can't pump it because it is full. In order to pump it it would cost me $2900 today to pump. I kindly told him to close it up that I'll look elsewhere. Then he wanted to negotiate price from $2900 to $2500. I'll never recommend this company to anyone.. Bait and switch tactic."
"Today we called for pump out! Little did me know it was a much bigger job. However after nearly 4 hours we have a practically new system. Much improved from the 30 year old mess that they found. Zack, Gene and Phillip did a great job!"
"It was a pleasure to be with this crew handling an excellent care repair on my home this month. We didn't finish it up the same day because it was two weeks raining and it didn't stop until last weekend. The directional boring crew second one was great. They were aware off any possible details to make the job done. The most difficult part was the transversal boring on my land. Crazy land with a lot of section but they did it. Also beautiful installation inside the heater area. They also call you back after job is done to check everything. It covers your back if you have any concern such as water heater questions. Appreciated the quick execution. I will definitely do business with this company. Thanks Tyler."
