"Never again! If I ever get my vehicle back, I'll be driving it to consult with a consumer law lawyer. That is just how disappoi I inted with this business I AM. They have had my vehicle since Jan. 5tu& today is the 23rd. They are fixing it at a rate of 1 repair step per day! I regret taking my vehicle to them. They need to hire some help or something because they've definitely bitten off more than they can chew. OFF WITH IT'S HEAD, SO IT IS!"

"If I could leave no stars I would, I brought my 2020 Jeep Renegade here for repairs after someone hit me from behind. My car was driving just fine even after the accident they had my vehicle for 3 and a half weeks and didn’t tell me any updates about my vehicles my terrible insurance deemed it a total loss and Gerber estimator said they couldn’t even put my car car back together to send it somewhere else I called the next week to another person and magically my car could be put back together for a dumb price of 500.00 when I got my vehicle back my window strip was off they said it was damaged before they got which is funny my window was fine before it got there. And my trunk board was gone and this lady had the audacity to say they go ahead and dispose of parts in the car before we gave any consent to total it out I literally can’t believe you charge people 500 and took stuff out of the vehicle like I would understand a damaged part but floor board really. And I when I came back to ask if they could find it the lady had a condescending tone telling the front office lady what does she need it’s a total loss. I will never come back this place is awful"

"Very disappointed in the level of service. I'm a repeat customer. Car had been in shop since January. I had to call for 90% of my updates. Everytime I give. An ETA, it never happened. But the worst part was I had to call and call and call to get another update. Some kind of rodent got into the vehicle while in their possession as well as additional damages that weren't there. They didn't take responsibility and I had to file another claim. When I finally went to pickup the vehicle, the check engine light was on. They looking crazy like oh might be a recall, etc. I informed them I'm not taking it with a check engine light on. This is a new car, 2021 Hyundai Elantra, less than a year old. Their response was they'll put on the machine. Well, the rodent had eaten some wires. Well, I thought you checked all that. Because of the length of time in shop, I had out pocket over $800 for a rental and then went over 30 days without a car. Not to mention having to pay 2 deductibles. My daughter decided to go ahead and get the car. She has school and work. I wanted to leave it there because their damaged that wasn't there in the back bumper, but magically the trunk was repaired. All she could say was it came from the alignment shop like that. Along with shredded interior and rat dropping. I'm still waiting on a few pieces for the interior that I'll have to take the vehicle back to complete. I wish I could turn back time. I meant to have it towed to Caliber Collision. They're service is top notch! They sent you daily text updates. They walk you through repairs. They triple check and make sure you're a satisfied customer. Because doesn't care. Work is plenty for them and you get minimal service with no accountability! Avoid All Cost. Also, take a video of your entire car inside and out as well as odometer. Yes, I did speak with the onsite manager who lacks leadership abilities. The sevice advisor had more leadership abilities that him. I also contacted corporate and my insurance."
