"Technician said he cannot fix the issue. This is a follow up to the same issue we originally requested service for. Technician was very rude to my wife"

"Paul was AWESOME, he fixed my dryer, cleaned my refrigerator compressor and cleaned my washer and dishwasher. He was very nice and thoughtful! Great job!"

"The FIRST technician was polite and respectful, even though he was not able to fix the problem. However, I am very unhappy with Sears scheduling as the appointment was re scheduled 2 times before he ever came. The SECOND technician, Eli, was able to diagnose and fix the problem! He explained everything. Very happy with him!"

"I found him to be quite rude and non responsive to my questions about the what was being repaired because I was not present during the initial inspection; however, he seemed to be quite concerned about if my mini Goldendoodle was secure. My pup who he didn’t see until he was done and who didn’t bark once, didn’t bother him at all. I found him to incredibly rude."
