"Service was good. Just wish you would have let me get my phone fixed in south carolina at a ubreakifix store that Verizon sent me to. That had the screen I need. The I wouldn't if had to loose 3 days pay. You know how much a 30 yr electrician makes traveling?. A LOT. you customer service people wouldn't help me at all."

"The team was very friendly and worked as a unit. When I was asking questions a gentleman that was in the back came up to help provide an answer. It was a battery replacement, (my phone looked like a turtle it was so swollen), which I had never done before. I was concerned about losing information, contacts etc. They explained the likelihood of this happening and then gave suggestions for failsafe. They also mentioned not to ever put pressure on a phone with a swollen battery and that it could be, or was a fire hazard. Very thorough and comprehensive. My phone was done within the time limit that they provided. I also loved the email updates. Overall a stress free experience."

"I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, including listing the type of phone that needed the screen replaced yet when I arrived and told them I needed my phone screen replaced, I was informed it would take approximately 2 weeks to order the replacement...so my advice is NOT to schedule an appointment on line, but call and talk to someone especially if you have an older phone to avoid waiting in line only to be told they don't have what they need to perform repairs, even with an appointment scheduled in advance, as they clearly don't read any required information related to scheduled appointments. Or if they do take the time to review notes related to appointments, don't bother to contact the customer regarding not having necessary parts to complete repairs and having to order them. It was a very disappointing experience."

"Amazing customer service. D and the other staff members took care of me immediately. I called once and then visited the following morning. Within 4 hours my phone was fixed and google warranty covered. The Buford location had me visit 3 times and 2 calls. But never fixed my Google pixel 7 pro. Thank you D for helping me in a timely fashion and showing that your location cares about your customers."
