R V Refrigeration & AC

"Know what you're getting into before taking your RV here. Ours was left in a grassy field for 3 months before anything was done on it. - When I got it back, it had an ant infestation (see pictures). - They were going to charge us $300 for changing the intake manifold gasket, which they did not do. He removed the charge before giving me the final bill. - They did change the engine AC evaporation coil. The rough estimate was $600-700 of labor and $150 for the part. The final bill was $1132! - His AC mechanic left 3 plugs unplugged when the work was "done". One of those was the engine battery. - The house battery was completely dead (0.3 volts) and would not hold a charge after charging it for 24 hours. I think they forgot to disconnect it when they did the work and, therefore, shorted it out multiple times. That's a $330 battery! It eventually started holding a charge, but there is obviously going to be permanent damage to it."

"These guys are fast and they work hard. Completely replumbed my water tank and fixed my receptacle in the back of the trailer. Also fixed some wires in my generator. So kind and knowledgeable. Wont go anywhere else. So appreciative doing business with a great family owned business."

"I absolutely like Roger, he is a good ol fashion, down to earth, helpful person, him and his staff were awesome working with, I have a dog grooming mobile, not a ton of people can just work on because they don't understand the build out. Roger and his staff, has now saved me twice from having to cancel a whole day of business due to electrical issues withen the build. He easily diagnosed my lack of furance issues, lack of hot water, they most recently removed my onan 5500 generator, it worked, but just not how I needed to. It' s a bit tricky when removing build out equipment due to wiring. HOWEVER Roger and his team made it happen the very first time, flawless transition. Even though this Rv repair is 1hr and 10 mins drive from my home, I will continue to travel to him when I need to. You will Not find customer care and meticulous workmanship any where else. "Robert the owner seemed nice for the most part, but I just can't keep returning the RV over and over again to get the same things repaired!! I went to pick up and it still didn't work. After three more weeks I picked it up and the big ticket items we paid over 7k stopped working again in two days!! This has been going on for over a year. I'm getting a mechanic out to see if what they said was fixed was really fixed.Then go from there..."
