"Just had a new furnace installed this morning by Tyler and David. They did a phenomenal job. On time, very polite, quick, and thorough. All of the techs at Estes have been awesome every time they come out for their preventative maintenance checks. These gentlemen were no different! Laverne in sales was amazing! He sold us exactly what we needed, not a thing more or less. He offered upgrades, but was honest, flexible, and patient in helping us make exactly the right choice based on our budget and situation with two heating/cooling units in our home at various ages. His honest, low-pressure, truthful approach meant the world to my wife and I and it helped us make what we felt was the best decision. No regrets now. We are new home owners, soon-to-be parents and were not expecting such an expensive investment right now (never happens at a good time does it!).
