I go through hours and hours of waiting to talk to someone just to get transfered to someone that can't help. You get a ZERO on a scale of 1 to 10 from me. You take people's money for warranty and don't stand behind it. Been waiting to get my refrigerator replaced for a year now when you called and said someone will get back to me in an hour to set up a replacement a year ago. I haven't received a call from you yet and you won't answer my calls. What I am gonna get my lawyer to handle this. You are a bunch of liars and thieves for taking people's money."

"The tech(David) was very rude and at first he said it was from dog and cart hair build up. After I proved I don’t have any pets other than fish he then decided it was operator error or the washer needed to be cleaned. And then lied on the report after I would not agreed to sign."
