"Took an hour and a half to fix a leak in my tire while the shop was slow. Had to ask what was wrong with it since they asked me to check out without giving any status about my car for the entire hour and a half wait time. The only saving grace was the price, but the communication and wait time were abysmal."

"They did a great job. Pulled up with my 5th Wheeler, they had a lot for me to park in while they repaired my tire. Very quick service and reasonable prices."

"Very impressed. Traveling threw and had a caliber go bad on truck. Pulling a camper. Since it was late. We stopped at white oak and called. Decided to go in in the morning. They bent over backwards and got it fixed. Very friendly."

"Great service! We've had several services on my vehicles and every time they took care of the problem and never once did they try to deceive us into doing work that did not need to be done. One time they came to the house and removed a tire from my truck, took it to the shop and fixed it, then brought it back and installed it. When I went to the shop to pay I was shocked at the reasonable low cost. Another time they found a minute crack in the aluminum rim on my wife's car. For several months no one else could find the slow leak until I took it to Whaley's. Yesterday I had work done and again the cost was unbelievably low. 9 6 23 Wife's car had a vibration on the front passenger tire. The tire was recently replaced by a different tire store in town. That company didn't do a test drive before or after replacing the tire and neglected to balance the tire or check the alignment. Jim Whaley's test drove the car and did an alignment as well as replacing and balancing the new tire. Car rides like brand new. 10 stars for this shop!"
