"I could barely understand why the man was saying, the girl was kinda rude. And the man didn asked me if I wanted to be part of their database he just said he needed mi id and register me without my consent. Also, they refused to let me borrow tools and I had to buy them."
"I went to Auto zone today to pick up a part my husband ordered. An older guy, about late 60s early 70s, sold my husband the part and had no clue what I was talking about. Then he got nasty with me and said my husband gave a different name that was similar to my husband's. I told him my husband should know his own name. The man argued with me and got even nastier. Turns out, the older man heard wrong and put the wrong name and was calling me a liar.Very rude service. The other staff very friendly and helpful. Beware of the old man. He has no business dealing with customers. I will never shop there again as long as he's there."

"Didn't have the part I needed on hand, but they ordered it and it was in the next morning. I chose to get my receipt by email. I sent the receipt to my father since he was going into town and I wasn't. Dad used the receipt with no problem. Employees were friendly and helpful and ensured I got exactly what I needed. Great job, guys...you run a well-oiled machine there (pun intended)."
