"Malik and Marcus are really chill dudes. I walked in and this dude laughed cuz he thought I was someone else. Then joked with me for a bit. So I came to get the stick drift fix for my Xbox controller a few weeks prior. The first time, they cleaned it for $20, then told me if it still doesn’t work, I could come back and pay another fee for replacement. Negotiable because I told them money is tight, and they understood. And they held their word. Just keep the barcode on your device so they know it’s you."
"I would never recommend coming here for HDMI port replacements or any micro soldering work in general. I had my uncles PS5 hdmi “fixed” here and upon getting home it did not work. I took it to another place and they took one look at it and said “was this done at a UBIF?” I told them yes and they proceeded to tell me that UBIF is notorious for badly damaging ps5 HDMI ports. Upon inspection at this new place they took photos of what it looked like upon opening and what it’s supposed to look like. I’ll let the pictures tell the rest of the story but if you’re looking to get the HDMI go to Owl Repairs much cheaper and more effective and trustworthy service"
