"We had a great experience with E Dennis as a whole. Making the appointment, my call was answered by a friendly helpful person who was able to schedule a technician to come to my home the next day. Our technician was Brandon, who quickly diagnosed our issue, and told us the part was under warranty, and that we would only be charged for the labor to repair, and ordered the part. About a week later, with a holiday in between, I received a phone call that my parts were in and that Brandon would be out that afternoon to complete the repair. Brandon arrived and completed the repair quickly, he is friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with our experience and will use E Dennis again."
"This company is the best I’ve used, and with an older house, I’ve tried a bunch of them. Communication was excellent and our technician, Eric, was incredible. We had a significant issue and he worked patiently with me to diagnose and determine the best approach so we didn’t waste time and money. He was careful and even though he had to do a lot of cutting, he minimized the damage to my home. Plus he was incredibly friendly and easygoing. Because he made smart decisions and took his time, the project ended up almost $2,000 less than the original estimate. I would welcome Eric at my house anytime!"
"Had an appointment within 24 hours of my call, the dispatch was communicative with the arrival time of the technician and of any delays. They even sent a picture of the technician so I'd recognize him when he came to the door. The technician was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, and was happy to explain things that I didn't understand in a manner that was easily digestible. Great service, professional to the point he even took note of how many animals were in the house so he could be sure not to let one escape. Happy with the service, and happy to be cooling off again!"
