He has done several things at our house over the last year: - Installed a new gas water heater - Installed a ductless mini-split system in our basement (which is AWESOME) - Serviced our central heating and air system and gave us the head's up that we should start preparing to replace our existing unit. Didn't try to sell us, just gave us the information that we needed. He showed up on time. He finished the job on time. The price has been great for every project. What else more could you want? The photo is of our renovation project in our basement. This unit has made this space the most comfortable in our house!"
