"Tom (the owner) called to confirm the appointment a few days out and then called me to say that he could come earlier if I was available. We were able to work out an even earlier time for him to come by (which was awesome). He gave my zero-turn a good looking over and then got to work. New oil, checked the spark plugs, cleaned the entire engine, adjusted the valves... He then showed be how to drop the deck as the belt driving the mower blades had been damaged. He walked me through taking the old belt out and then how to put the new belt back in. Tom did offer to come back out and put the on the new belt, once it arrived, at no additional charge. Ordered one online and had it shipped via overnight mail. I was able to get the belt on without his help (mainly due to his instructions and a youtube video) though. Didn't want to bother him and I like learning new things. Oh, and he cleaned the heck out of the entire mower before leaving. Looked almost as clean as the day i bought it. I would highly recommended Tom for your mower repairs. He is obviously knowledgeable, he hustles and works hard, and is friendly with a great attitude."
