"I have been using Hardy Chevrolet for all my car and truck service for years. I was happy with the service work and the service staff. Recently, Hardy Chevrolet told me they are no longer servicing vehicles older than 1998. I have several older trucks I love and intend to keep. Therefore, I had to find another shop to service my 1987 Chevrolet R30 crew cab flatbed. THIS WAS A DEAL BREAKER FOR ME. In my world, if I rely on your business for service you do all of my work or you do nothing. I spoke to both the Owner Johnny Hardy and the Service Manager Mike Roberts and was refused service. Someone from Hardy (?) called me, I think the General Manager and told me they were covered up with business. When I brought up the TOTAL LACK OF NEW CARS AND TRUCKS ON HARDY'S LOT he told me they were selling as many vehicles as ever. That cannot be true. I think it is very bad time to be driving away service work when you have NO NEW VEHICLES TO SELL!"
"I'm almost positive I got cheated. I paid almost $1400 to get my radiator replaced on my 2017 tahoe everywhere else it was $600 cheaper. Thats what I get for trusting them and not shopping around... I'd say go anywhere but here first! Although the advisor i had was nice."
