Tyrone at Roto Rooter was there with a team within the hour, and walked me through filing my insurance claim on the spot. The crew shut off the water and started the dry out and dehumidifier process. They came back early the next day to access the problem. Wayne diagnosed the line break and Andrew and his team fixed the line. The entire process was done in a couple of days, AND they helped me find a vendor for decontamination and repairs. They communicated frequently and kept me abreast on what was happening as I was out of town. They made a very stressful situation easy to manage. "The work I had done with this company has been a bad experience from the start. Their excavation crew pulled a gas line up in my yard which they didn’t repair. I had made several attempts whether through text, phone calls and email and NOTHING - NO RESPONSE. The work under the house was incomplete. This took numerous phone calls & text. I would NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company. Here’s some pictures of the quality of work that was preformed. What do you think?!?!"
