"Technician is good . Customer support is terrible. They have charged me twice and are not willing to refund my money. I have been in touch with them since last 4 months and now they are saying they can't refund my $60 . I feel that i have been cheated. As a company i feel its a fraud company. I want the owner of the company to review this case and refund my amt as soon as possible. I can see that owner is responding to all other positive reviews but not able to resolve my issue. I request him to refund my money. I expect from them doing fair business instead of keeping other peoples money"

"My Georgia Plumber was contracted by my home warranty company to address an issue with a leak in our garage ceiling. As soon as the warranty company let us know what vendor was coming out we were immediately contacted by My Georgia Plumber. They are very professional, courteous and on top of everything! We were informed as to when our 2 hour window would be, as well as their policies and a photo of the technician that would be showing up. We were also notified the prior evening by both text and email to remind us. The morning of the appointment we got a call asking if the tech could come early since his previous appointment did not take as long as anticipated. The young man that arrived was professional, courteous and explained in detail what the problem was. He also told us what the cost would be if the warranty company refused the claim. He sent them the info along with pictures and waited for the response. Of course if they had declined we would have had no choice but to have it fixed anyway. I truly hope the warranty company continues their contract with this company!"
