"Worst property management I have experienced so far. They don't maintain their properties and they don't care about complaints from renters - at least not at the Telephone factory. It is hot in the summer, and cold in the winter, the building is poorly insulated and not well maintained. Issues are yet to be resolved after we moved in 7 month ago. Latest issue: Heating doesn't work - with less than 30F outside. We wish we had never moved into one of their properties. Now we just want to get out - as soon as possible. NEVER MOVE INTO THE TELEPHONE FACTORY LOFT."

Five attempts at following up with the leasing team about a transfer and basically radio silence after living at the property for two years with no missed rent payments. I've had slum lord college property managers that charge $500 a studio be more responsive than this "luxury" real estate management company charging nearly $2,000 a month for 1 bedrooms."

"This is the worst service I have ever received. I live in the Arya peachtree location. Rent isn’t cheap but the level of service from the management stuff is trash! I cannot in good faithful recommend this place to anyone. PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! Stay away!! it looks nice but it’s not worth the money. My fob to enter my apartment wasn’t working so I went to the office on Tuesday and gave my information to the concierge who forwarded it to management. I went back the very next afternoon after work because it still isn’t working. I was told by the short curly hair guy in the leasing office that he would take care of it, But like the usual that was a lie. He comes of combative for no reason and always has an attitude. Today is Friday I have been dealing with this for three days now. About 8 am today I sent a message with all the information needed to activate my fob and it’s now 730pm. No one has done anything or even bothered to call me. Now they are telling me it will be Monday before they do anything to help..which I know that too will be a lie! Not stating the fact that this is unacceptable customer service. I have a long list of things wrong with this place like a leaky ceiling. This is the worst place I have ever lived. It’s not worth the money. Run!!!"
