"My entire move in experience has been good. I love the apt, amenities, and location. HOWEVER, there are ROACHES.... its the most gross thing an apt can have. Ive had pest control come in but i doubt pest control can do anything for a building this large. I just signed my lease, hasnt been 30days yet, and i am MISERABLE and grossed out by being here. Update: the leasing office management and pest control guy have been AMAZING in responding to the roach problem. They worked to rid me of the pests on a wkly basis, relocating me to hotels and airbnbs while they responded to my concern. I am happy to say that i have not seen a live roach in over two mnths. There is still activity, where i see them in the traps but i dont see them crawling around on a daily basis as they were in the beginning. One dead roach in a mnth vs 5-6 live ones a day, is great progress!"

"Don’t move here the prices are over rated cars always get broken in. The game room is never open for friends or family. It’s to many rules over here. Maintenance is terrible take them months and months to come fix stuff. Everything you paying for you don’t have access to."

"From time to time I come back to see if my posts are helpful. Sometimes, my reviews "disappear". This seems to have happened here. So I will simply repost. This was one of the worst apartment hunting experiences of my life. I was moving to Atlanta. from DC and wanted a top floor unit. I was promised one and given the apartment number and allowed to see a similar unit next door. I give my deposit and got back in my car and drove back to DC. 5 hours later, I get a call from the complex (the same person who had walked me around and promised me this unit) to inform me that the unit promised would not be available and the only options I had were overlooking the back of restaurants and their dumpsters or a first floor unit facing the pool. ALL of the things that I stressed I did not want and was promised that I would get the unit promised. At this point, I cannot get back to Atlanta to find another place so I am stuck! For over a year, I had to deal with college students running up and down my hall, setting off the fire alarms at 3am. Paper thin ceiling. I could hear my neighbor's pulse whenever they placed their barefoot on the floor. Additionally, someone had put my entire first and last name in the call box. No safety issue there! The staff offered little support and service calls took forever. The complex is in a great location but there are other options...do yourself a favor and skip this place!!!!"

"Sadly, if I could give half a star, I would. My experience at Enso has honestly been nothing but a pain from the moment I applied. After viewing the apartment I was told the rent was more per month than what I applied for. I was told that’s just how it is and I left irritated. I reached out and got in touch with the president of Lincoln properties, who then put me in contact with the vice president. From there she (Anna Pegram) informed me that they will honor the price I applied for if I could prove I apply for it at that rate. I proved it and saw the apartment again. Officially signing all the documents and handing them over $2k. It is a Friday, I get my keys and fob. The fob does not work. I contact the leasing office talking to Vanecia who informed me it takes a few hours sometimes and I could use the call box to get in. (Mind you the terribly placed call box is extremely inconvenient to my apartments location.) But that few hours put me past open office hours. I got back and happened to pass the whole office crew leaving into the garage. They walked right past me but I didn’t realize it was ALL of them until I got to the office. As exhausting as it was I had to move in. I had the truck rented and all. I also had to depend on other tenants to let me in and out of the garage and the upstairs door to my floor. I was working a local festival that weekend and could not come to the office to get a new fob. I was without my apartment and my things for THREE days. I kept a few things as I planned for this on Friday, just in case. But kind you I lost definitely still had to pay for those days without my new space. (Bare with me here) I’m finally in my place and getting settled. The laundry list of incomplete fixed in my apartment continue to grow. Even tho noted on the pre check move in list: (mind you NONE of these emails i sent were responded to. They just had someone replace the fixture without acknowledging being cut by glass remains) -The black moldy line in my toilet was not handled. -The dishwasher was clogged and flooding my kitchen floor. I found shards of glass in my foot in the bedroom. This happened a couple times just from the time I caught one to the time I could get out of the room barefooted. The fixture on the ceiling fan was missing. So someone obviously broke it and did not even bother to clean up the glass out of the CARPET. I had to request for a replacement light cover. All of this was brought to the VP of Lincoln properties. I got zero response. Much like the management here at Enso. I noticed some silverfish house bugs but I kind of just pushed it to the side as it didn’t seem prevalent at the moment. Fast forward to 2023. A surge noticed a lot more bugs in the apartments. These bugs are all cockroaches of every kind. This is Georgia I know we’re in the south. I’ve lived here long enough, but I have never ever lived in a situation that I have seen so many bugs and cockroaches at that. it took me a couple months longer than it should have, but I finally put in a maintenance request in June for pest control and a lightbulb that went out in my kitchen and another one that continues to flicker. No one has ever come out for the lightbulbs or even acknowledged the maintenance request. Someone from pest control came out and sprayed my apartment in August and said that I should tell the leasing manager that I need them to come back out the next week as it is so out of control, it will take several times. I informed the management and they said they put a new maintenance request and would have someone come out the following Friday when they spray the property. It is now September 9 and no one has come out from pest control. Nor have any of my emails been responding to sense. I’ve sent video and pictures with plenty of proof. It’s disgusting. I am not a disgusting person. I’ve seen roaches in the hallways on the walls. I have no doubt that these walls are crawling with an infestation. My one star goes solely to the location and local amenities, ie., the Beltline and Kroger convenience."

"This apartment complex is incredibly unprofessional. I'm deeply disappointed to have paid rent only to experience such negative treatment. The management lacks consideration and doesn't show any care for tenants. Writing this review pains me, but I hope to spare others the hassle of choosing this place. Despite reaching out to the property manager, I received no help. I then tried contacting the immediate supervisor, but that also proved unsuccessful. It's clear that neither the office nor the Lincoln property management company's supervisor offer any assistance to tenants with concerns."
