"Henry the maintenance guy is AMAZING! He always gets to request promptly and he is efficient with everything he does! He recently put my bed together after I had a hard time doing it myself and he did it perfectly! I’m super grateful to live at Axial and I would recommend it to anyone!"

"I enjoy both my apartment and the surrounding area. The maintenance leader, Henry, and the leasing manager, Julian, are very helpful. I've never called the leasing office and had to leave a message or couldn't reach anyone on the phone. The rent-autopay service is fantastic and offers a discount. The gas and electricity bills are less than $100 combined (the appliances and lighting in the apartment are energy efficient). The apartment is relatively inexpensive for the area. My maintenance requests were completed within hours. I'm on the first floor, and my neighborhood is very quiet. I've never seen my actual neighbors, but the people I meet in the parking lot are pleasant. I like that I have a place to park my bike and can choose whether to park outside in on a deck. Nice restaurants are within walking distance, and my favorite shopping and dining destinations are within a 5-minute drive. I love the apartment's upgrades. I've had no bad experiences. The complex is actually quite safe. I haven't seen any foot traffic (stragglers), just people walking their dogs, and all of the dogs seem friendly. The grounds are well kept. I sincerely hope that the renewal treats me well."

"Apartments are old & maintenance issues. The good: 1 Great experience with Julian, the leasing agent. 2. Buckhead apmts at decent price The bad: 1. Old units/maintenance issues 2. Car alarms going off before day 3. Cars constantly broken into 4. Street noise unbearable 5. 30 day love it leave it is SCAM 6. Neighbors friendly, some shady The awful: 1. Lied to by management I was told Loop deposit nonrefundable at end of 14 month lease but would be refunded if I moved out in 30 days. Therefore, I chose loop deposit rather than full deposit. This is a verbal contract. Nadia refused to give refund after I moved out in 30 days due to noise issue. She refused to give me corp info. It took me months to get ceo info. I sent him a copy of the email thread where she lied about the deposit. I also found that I should not have been charged a deposit in the first place. Their approval algorithm is flawed. I only paid a $200 deposit at my current resident. I am waiting to speak with ceo. I will update this review when I speak with him. Don't move here if you want to avoid constant maintenance issues, crime, car break-ins, dishonest management, noise, shady neighbors, and a corporate office impossible to reach. Just pay a little bit more and get a decent place."

"I have been at Axial for several years now and it has been wonderful. The staff in the office has always been amazing but working with Julian has been a highlight of my time here. He is one of the best leasing agents I've dealt with. On top of that the complex is quick to relieve any maintenance issues, the neighbors are nice, and there is always parking available. Overall amazing apartment complex."

"I’ve been living in Axial for almost a year and I love it! My unit is spacious, my appliances are up to date and I haven’t had many maintenance request. The request that I have made were attended to quickly and the staff are proactive keeping the community clean. Parking is great for guest and for an additional price you can have your own personal garage or even reserve a spot in front of your building. Although we are in Buckhead, our community is small, safe and quiet during my time here. The school designated to this zone is also wonderful in addition to all the great nearby restaurants. I highly recommend Axial, upgrade your unit to a loft for the best experience!"
