"It's been more than a year since we moved to The Byron and everything has been great! The location is perfect because you're basically living in Midtown without paying Midtown rent prices. Nina, the building manager, is super-helpful with everything we need, the maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the building is being constantly improved."
"This place is a hidden gem of Midtown, the secured parking is nice because once you park you won't need your car again for a while. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars just a few steps away. I didn't expect this from a high rise apartment, but the rooms are super spacious and there is a TON of storage. I highly recommend this community, the staff is always welcoming and maintainence is right there when you need them."
"Stayed at the Byron in Atlanta on a work trip because it’s super conveniently located closed to the office. The neighborhood is kinda off putting, not unsafe but didn’t feel completely safe either. Once in the apartment I felt fine but the neighbors, the people on the street were a little sketchy. Lots of noise outside while I was there and one night I came back with weed dealer greeting me at the reception area asking if I’d want some. The ground floor definitely smelled like you walked into a dispensary, so be warned."
