Ashton Landing Apartments

"I am a current tenant here since Dec 2020 and I love it! I moved from Macon, Ga and the atmosphere is soo different (positive). Also, the building I am in is great bc I don't have ANY issues with my neighbors. It seems everyone keeps to themselves which I love! I can hear my upstairs neighbors (I'm on the 2nd floor) although this was to be understood once I decided to live in apartments. There will be some noise but it doesnt bother me enough to make me wanna move nor say anything to them. I pay $900 for an updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and this rate (believe it or not) is phenomenal nowadays. I have updated cabinets in the kitchen, both bathrooms, and nice carpet. And it has a dining room and laundry room. All for $900! Its a steal compared to warner robins apts bc for the same amount of upgrades/amenties would be at least $1100. Thats if you want something nice and updated like Ashton Landing. They did close the other amenities like pool, fitness room, laundry room but that was due to Covid and thats no different than ANY other complex bc they all closed them. And the biggest plus of all, I am literally less than 5 min from anything I could ever need, including my kids schools. The only thing that isnt close is my job. The only negative and the reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is bc of the constant overflow of trash. BUT, I did witness someone from outside of the complex bring their trash here so that would be something I do consider. All in all, I truly love it here and I have NO plans on moving."

"Non of the amenities are open, we pay over a $1000 for rent and can hear every step my neighbors take, we can hear their shower when it run, we hear the water when it's let out the tub smh and our neighbors dog constantly barks on the balcony day and night and pisses on our balcony ( they stay above us)while we was sitting on our balcony. The wall and floors need to be better insulated because we shouldn't hear our neighbors every move. Wished I heard the noise and new all this when we looked into the apartment and signed the lease."

"Helped my son move into an apartment here. The apartment was great, new carpet, fresh paint. Only a few small issues that were fixed immediately. Great place."

"After living here now for the past 5 months I think I deserve to give my honest opinion of the community. My wife and I almost didn't move in given there was construction going on at the time and we were concerned at how this would affect our sleep schedules. Glad we did not let that stop us because we love it here! Kay & Tee (managers) are AWESOME & very hard working! I love my neighbors and the upgrades to our apartment are beautiful. Look past rumors come out and visit the community I definitely think you would be glad. P.S. I can't wait to see the new pool Yayyyy!"

"Worst experience of my life. The staff is very rude. The amenities they charge you for are a joke; they closed down the laundry room without warning to its residents and also they threw other people's clothes away. Pool is sometimes open and shallow. No lie 5ft. They have called police on a child's birthday party. My child got a violation for walking from one apartment building to another across the way. I watched from my balcony. Infestations issues. Nasty attitudes."
