"Disgusting rooms, rooms stink of cigarettes and mold and had spiders. Shower had a fist size hole in the sealing and disgusting calking. Floor around the shower was falling apart and could've easily been a slip hassard. Just to cancel cost me the price of the hotel room $700. Disgusting"

"The owner-operator of this hotel is doing an incredible job. The check-in process was a breeze, the door cards are very easy to use, and the price was very affordable. That all is enough to get 3 of these 5 stars in my book. Usually, one sacrifices quality for cost. Not so here. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and the mounted TV was a great bonus. I spent New Years' morning watching astronauts on the International Space Station wish me a nice 2023. The owners also let me park my motorcycle under the central awning to keep it out of the rain. The joy of kind, competent hospitality with sturdy amenities certainly brought this review to a full 5 stars."

"Most of the workers were so friendly, there was one person who wasn't all that nice but that's life, there was NO roaches in the room!!!NO BEDBUGS OR OTHER BUGS!! There pet friendly, they were renovating while I was there, the bed was super comfortable loved it, right next to a restaurant and a gas station, however the carpets need cleaned pretty badly and the shower could use some work and it could use a newer TV where you can sign into your own Netflix acct but overall good hotel would stay again"

"Pet friendly! Clean sheets. Smelled good. I'm guessing in the middle of remodeling, with stacks of mattress in the parking lot. Third grade plumbing underneath the sink. Also, a nasty old moldy bath mat hung on the tub. Some entrances closed off to get into the parking lot. $80.00 for pet and smoking for one night. $50.00 a night on Google is a lie."

"Listen… if you want upscale artwork, fancy shower, and a hot breakfast, this ain’t the place for you. If you wish you could just crash on someone’s couch for your stay, but you don’t know anyone in the area, this is about the equivalent to that. At $60 and change a night when “nicer” hotels wanted over $100-200+, this was all we needed, and it was pretty clean. Not beautiful, but clean, and it served the purpose we wanted it to do. We saw no bugs. Microwave in the room, no fridge. Allegedly a non-smoking room, but bruh people have been stayed smoking in here, particularly in the bathroom. We aired it out fairly easily, but if that’s a sensitivity to you, then be aware. Water came out brown initially but turned clear quickly. There was fast, hot water. Most of the lights worked. Gave one ketchup-pack sized shampoo per family, but you could get more if you could catch the people in the office. So much parking. Quiet, but there were so few guests as well. 4 minutes from the fairgrounds, and you can even hear the fireworks from inside the room. We would stay here again because budget minus bugs and filth was what we were looking for, and this absolutely fit the bill."
