"We booked two rooms for a family stay. Both rooms were infested with cockroaches. Highly dissatisfied. The floors were absolutely filthy, was scared to take my shoes off. Never again Quality Inn."
"We were putting in a room that smelled like smoke when I clearly said a no smoking room and then when we asked for a different room they put us in another room that smelled the exact same way"
"The woman in the front who checked us in was nice and sweet. However when we got to the room we noticed a few things. 1 the bathroom door handle was broken and there was paper stuck in between where the door would close to I guess keep it from closing all the way. 2. The sink wouldn’t drain unless I took the middle piece out. 3. I had to fix the toilet because it wouldn’t flush 4. We were suppose to stay for 3 nights. As of right now we are leaving because my gf woke up with a bug that was crawling on her. There were stink bugs in the room since we’ve been here. We have killed at least 6 of them The room was not what was advertised. Sheets were nasty. And overall not worth 342 dollars. I would definitely like a damn refund."
"We are very pleased with your hotel and staff. I recommend it to everyone. I love that you are all very nice. And the rooms are great clean and very well kept. My grandson loves your pool and hot tub. I like that you are close to food DD and a gas station. I will be visiting again very soon. Thank you all for your services and hospitality"
"Not handicap friendly. Was not offered handicap room. Could not turn water on in sink because there was NO handle on the faucet. Could not use shower because it was dangerous to get in or out of, NO HANDLES OR SAFETY MATS."
