"I lived at The Heights for close to 4 yrs. Everything is good here However i am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my deposit refund process. Deposit money is never returned though the flat was well maintained and cleaned by professionals. I dropped multiple emails and made calls however no one looked into the deposit issue. I would recommend to cut the deposit money from your rent while you are vacating the place."

"I was living here 7 months. I was really happy here, and I highly recommend this place. In last 7 months i notice lots of great changes and living updates in this housing community. Stuff is very friendly and know me my my name (thank you for that). I especially thank Zariyah that was always on top of my questions and help me every single time I need help with something. All the issues and maintenance requests were done in reasonable time. Management respect diversity of the tenants and make parties for different holiday. Place is quite and family oriented. Suggestion for the future residents: be nice your neighborhoods and staff, respect them and property and you'll enjoy living in this place as I did."

"I was really interested in the property however the consultant by the name of Pamela wasn’t very helpful, and not as polite more so resistant towards me as a prospective resident. I had scheduled an appointment for a tour today and she stated there was nothing to show. Most properties have a model they could show. I had to ask for brochure information on pricing and floor plans. She wasn’t very welcoming at all. She was more so rushing me to leave as if she had other things to do. I’m not sure if I will be returning here. But I definitely would like to speak with the manager in regards to my experience."

"The Elevator on building #3 has been out of order for weeks! Annoying. Towing trailer park on entrance! You must be able to find your own entrance! “PERFECT” not the best place to be at unfortunately."

"I’ve had a lotttt of issues with my unit since I’ve moved in, but Aron has helped fixed a bunch of them so s/o to him! I’d like to update this review. I was trying to bite my tongue but I’m over it. I went at least week without AC back in summer. They brought a mobile AC unit, which I found right outside my door when I got home from work at 10 pm. I went more than a week without gas (after already paying to have the gas turned on) which meant no hot water for that time, my sliding door was “fixed” yet still doesn’t work properly, the cabinet doors in my kitchen have mismatched knobs and one was upside down and all messed up until just recently. A couple of the knobs kept falling off (which ended up with me getting cut from the screw), they came in to replace a light and now it’s the only one in my units that’s a different color than the rest, took away my broken dimmer completely rather than fixing it, there was no elbow pipe in my bathroom sink when I first moved in, meaning water was everywhere. An electrical outlet was not fully screwed into the wall (which electrocuted me), etc etc etc. I’ve now had even more issues and anytime they come in to fix something, they seem to downgrade whatever they “fix.” I already have a unit that isn’t renovated, so it’s already got more issues than a good bit of my neighbors and isn’t as nice. At least let me keep the nice things I do have rather than downgrading. First world problems, I know, but rent is expensive enough that I feel I should get at least the same replacement rather than downgrades. They also always leave my lights on after coming in to fix things which umm…are you gonna pay that bill or me? If I knew what I was signing up for I wouldn’t have signed the lease. The complex is really cute and I love the vibe. The staff is very nice, but the continuous issues with the unit are ridiculous. There’s no urgency to fix things either. I never really had anyone assigned to help me with getting into my unit from the jump, so I’m still not sure if there’s anything else they need from me. Lynne (the manager) was the person originally assisting me but I haven’t been able to speak with or schedule a meeting with her since. It’s been almost 5 months…again, the staff is very nice. I just don’t recommend living here unless you’re in a renovated unit and are willing to put in the same work order multiple times before it’s actually fixed."
