"Soooo, I love it here! I’ve been living at Marchon since the building opened 2 years ago. The leasing agents are professional (they do change often but that’s normal.) We have a cleaning lady that keeps the place tidy, efficient maintenance, and cool events for residents. Not to mention it’s super close to Marta. I just resigned my lease for a third year and everything went so smooth. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because of the car break ins and the fire alarm going off often. And I’m not a fan of the $10 “Electric from Community” charge on my monthly bill. But other than that, I’m so glad that I found this place."

"These people are straight up crooks! People work hard for their money and these two that running the office has taken slick ways of stealing under the company name. They are being reported not only to BBB, but the local news. DO Not trust them with your personal information. They are about to be reported and investigated.If you have applied here please check your credit and everything else. Straight up Befoolery and unprofessional! Update on 01/07/2024…The owners and one of the managers reached out to me and still no results! $2100.00 was stolen from someone in their office. They talk nice but they are Crooks! They act like they don’t know about the scams that’s going on, but they are fully aware. Please don’t waste your time. People work hard for their money and don’t want to be cheated. One thing is certain is God will handle them. Ain’t no good coming out of the crooked things they do! Look for a decent and safe place to move. It would not be at this property or none that they own."

"I’ve visited this property twice and Ms Shunlita have been the best leasing agent I have ever come across. The property is very nice and she was very professional in her explanation to every questions that I brought forward to her. Base on professional and the pride that she took in her job this is definitely a yes for me."

"This was a nice place when I moved in, but it quickly deteriorated. I got to know plenty of residents, and we agree with other reviewers who say the positive reviews here are probably fake. Most of us shared the same concerns. Management: Unethical. They botched my move-out. Disingenuously charged me $200 in extra fees. This is a management company that *loves* tacking on additional fees. Crime: my expensive bicycle was stolen from the bike storage about a month after my move-in. Then I started noticing the frequent car break-ins. They often occurred in the garage, not just on the street. Ground floor units feel especially unsafe. Fire alarms: They go off far too frequently, usually in the middle of the night, so hundreds of people are forced vacate and wait outside for an hour+. Construction: The pics look nice, but in fact it's cheaply built. Some of the ground floor units, with sliding glass doors, don't even come with blinds. Noise: You'll hear your neighbors. Trash: A few residents trash the place. Vandalism, litter. Weed: I don't personally mind hallways smelling like weed, but it's probably not a great place for kids. One time, the police were summoned because a weekend pool party was so out of control. Dog poop: It's everywhere. Price: It is way overpriced. Stay away."

"Do not move here ! Car break ins happen daily, even behind the gate in parking deck. My car was broken into 3 times before my lease was up and that was under a year. Grounds aren’t kept. Maintenance is slow to respond and you don’t know when they’ve been in your place , no notification saying your job has been complete. Lots of loitering across the street. Noise from events and parties are constant. Office staff does not respond quickly. You will hardly ever be able to get anyone on the phone. Staff changes by the month and isn’t well educated on the property. Almost no one has stayed two years at this NEW property. Halls smell of trash and weed. Don’t do it!"
