"Keith has helped me with maintenance issues at two businesses. He has always done an outstanding job, been very professional and pleasant, and done excellent work. If he doesn't feel comfortable doing something, he tells you that up front, which I appreciate a lot. Keith has done everything from change light bulbs and ballasts to installing a sump pump and sump pump alarm. The sump pump situation involved an unexpected motor failure. Keith treated it as an emergency due to our flooded basement installed the new sump pump after donning waders and wading through 1 1/2 feet of water. He saved us a lot of expense by filling in the gaps in our remediation with his work. He is the BEST!"
