"Caroline is always happy to help. Very personable and fixes issues quickly. It is a good place to stay. Property is beautiful. Residents are cool, Place is quiet. I haven’t experienced anyone stealing my packages or anything like that. Bugs here and there but that’s only bc I stay by the forest."

"Rosemont Chamblee is a pretty nice place to stay, and the people who work here truly enhance the overall experience. I recently switched to a larger apartment unit, and Caroline (whom I believe is the manager) has been instrumental in assisting with the transfer process. She is the sweetest lady and incredibly considerate, providing the most accurate information and decent suggestions. Knowing Caroline makes me feel very secure living here. Despite my busy schedule, I imagined the process of switching units could be complicated and time-consuming. However, Caroline made it remarkably convenient and stress-free. During my initial move-in, Thais helped me sign my first lease. She is equally awesome, super chill, and highly efficient in getting things done."
