Shanelle stayed past hours to wait for me to come from work so as to give me a tour of the unit I wanted, Shanelle was very helpful and patient and she was very informed in answering any questions I had, she did not rush me through the unit even though she was past her office hours, she let me take my time, I must say that the unit I wanted is just enough for one person or 2,not too big, not too smile, just right for someone that might starting out out, Shanelle really helped me understand the fees involved and even offered me different options of paying the deposit. I would highly recommend Shanelle, she displayed a lot of professionalism and showed that she cares about helping one make the right decision"

"Five stars for amazing customer service! Moving from another state is frustrating, scary, worrisome, and expensive. I met Kiri yesterday and she really helped with alot of what I listed above. She listened to me and for the first time since I've been here in Atlanta apartment searching I felt heard. You can genuinely tell when someone is a people's person because it radiates from them. Kiri was very nice to me and my daughter wishing us well with the application process. The apartment complex use something call Approveshield. Not really easy to use if you have more than one income, but Im hoping today I can reachout to this company and get all of my documents submitted. This totally has nothing to do with Kiri she rocks!!!!!!!"

"I am a new news anchor/producer in the area desperately looking for a place to lease while I build my own. I will share that I got an immediate response to a call today as I was passing by -- so inticing that I turned around to visit. I liked the unit a lot and the leasing agent! ...but I am concerned, as someone else said here, about paying a fee and 'timing out' thus losing a rental opportunity. These APPLICATION fees 'timing out' are an unusual 'thing' in Atlanta that I haven't noticed in other markets. I am considering pitching a story on it. I am also considering this place. "Leasing Office never answer the phone or repair your problem at all I have also seen the leasing agent go in to vacant unit to offer happy endings to prospect (Guys) but also to resident husband be warned"

"I have only lived here for maybe a month but I can already tell that I like it a lot. Apartments are nice, clean and spacious, plenty of parking, great location, close to so many stores and activities, and it's a very family oriented complex. They have an on-site dog run for anyone with furry friends, and I can't wait to get in the pool this summer. I feel very safe, and everyone I've met so far has been extremely nice. If I HAD to say one thing, it wouldn't be a complaint; just that some of the landscaped spaces could be spruced up a bit. However, they are in the process of doing that now. Everyday I see more and more improvements to the property. The process of moving in was quick and easy (just make sure you have proof of renter's insurance and Georgia power before you go sign the lease). The office is always very nice and their response time is even better. I would recommend this complex to anyone. It just feels like home, and that is what you want when looking for a space to call such!!"
