"The most vile place I have ever been forced to lease. Maintenance request is unattended. I had drunk people trying to charge their phone or passing out on my porch frequently. Multiple fire alarms past midnight. No safe mail/packages and absolutely zero amenities. The amenities wouldn’t have been an issue if they didn’t charge a fee for them. Same goes for the pest control fee when the apartment is swarmed with roaches. The staff is horrible and very hard to get in touch with. Most appliances were broken during move in. Also atleast 2 people die monthly within a 2 mile radius of the apartment. So stay away from this place if you value your happiness, wealth and safety."

"Very poor & lack luster service. No reason I should put in a maintenance request for the maintenance team to pick up trash/debris from the common areas. These areas are common, and I see the maintenance team walk past the trash for weeks. How does my rent go up but my call box is still broken, keyed entry is always down so anyone can come in and they do, door/door handles are broken and won’t close. Literally the smallest repairs can’t even be made and no one cares. The only time they’re spot on is when they ask for rent and threaten you if you’re late. Truly sad and I’m disappointed. Literally nothing has changed since I started my lease October 2022. Same pee stained floors, same broken keyed entry ways, same broken callbox, same trash in the common areas. If it wasn’t for uptown/Marta this place would’ve fallen apart. Only leasing another yr because I have too. They got new management but stayed with the same bad attitude and service they provide."

"I just read all the reviews and I cant believe nothing has changed since I moved out in 2018. First I moved into an apt with a roach infestation. They were everywhere but we had arrived after a 14 hr long roadtrip and everything was booked around the area so we had to sleep in bags! and not only I am extremely allergic to roaches but also have a huge phobia. Literally was my worst nightmare to sleep in an apt infested with these. They transferred us for free to a 2/2 but the entire year the alarm would go off past 2am at least 3-4 times a week. I was at the gym one time during lunch and a homeless person who was literally harassing me and making sexual advances walked in behind a man and went inside the building looking for me. I ran out and luckily nothing happened. Neighbors partying was the norm and for us medical students that was absolute hell to have our entire apt shaking due to the jumping and partying of the apt above us Finally after breaking up with my partner and also lease holder, who had a restraining order we asked the office manager to ask for the keys back, they said they couldn’t even after evidently having legal and official proof that my life could have been in danger. I couldn’t sleep the last 3 months I was there in fear he would walk in which he did one time. If you are a guy, none of this sounds terrible but for the safety of the ladies, look elsewhere they have not changed."

"ROACHES!!! I’ve been living here for a year and a half and never experienced a roach problem until the last two months. I’ve had pest control come 3 times and the issue is only getting worse. Waking up with roaches in my bed in my bathroom in my kitchen I’m losing my mind !!! It’s not worth it honestly paying 1800 a month in rent to deal with roaches is mind boggling. I’m so uncomfortable in my own home while Maintenance is pretty responsive i don’t feel like the true issue is being addressed. This entire place needs to be treated for roaches not just my apartment"

"I moved in this month, extremely disappointed and annoyed. The first day I moved in, there is no cleaning pre my move in at all, the whole apartment is dirty, all the appliances have not been cleaned and as others said disgusting! Dirt everywhere on the floor, dirty washing machine and dryer and broken toilet!!! And all the appliances are very very old. The staff member let us know nothing of the mailing things, not receiving letters for a month and it is until when I called to ask they were not even willing to send people official announcements on that we need to pick our mails and provide the exact address. The worst worst apartment service I have ever had. Google should have zero star. Update: worst ever, air conditioning not working at all, even maintenance comes once. And the whole maintenance team and service team is not caring and responsible at all."
