"My daughter roommate called in a work-order to fix the stove. The maintenance man showed up to fix the stove. He began knocking on my daughter's door. She was sleep and did not hear him knocking. He used his key to open the door and began talking to my daughter while she was sleep. He had no business opening her door, the work was not in there. What if my daughter would have been in the shower, she would not have heard him either, but she would have came out of the shower naked with a grown man in her room looking at her. I have tried to contact management on 3 different occasions and she is on the phone or in a meeting all 3 times. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I would like to speak to someone."

"Great complex. I moved in a week ago and the office staff, tre, Carmen, and the office manager have been amazing in answering all of my questions and getting me situated. I was even blown away by how fast my maintenance guy, Ardene, came by and fixed all of my concerns. It was like he wasn’t even here."

"I loved the tour I was given- however the price they had told me for the apartment I ended up wanting to apply for literally changed in a matter of one day. Which they did say their prices change daily- but this is kind of ridiculous. I went, told them I’d apply tomorrow morning and boom- it’s suddenly increased in price. I’d like to give a higher rating but I find this to be dishonorable and shady. If things change and I will update. For now, maybe skip this one folks."

"If i could give this place zero stars I would. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever moved into. I moved out within 48 hours. They will show you the unit model in the best building but WALK AROUND THE WHOLE COMPLEX. Maintenance does not maintain the property, there is trash left EVERYWHERE, and they do a sloppy job with the renovations. There are doors that look like they have been kicked in (door 1319) Management has 0 communication skills, changed move in date and unit 1 day prior to me moving in without notifying me. I wouldn’t have found out my unit and move in date was changed had i not shown up to measure my unit for a couch. Not only did I have to show up, when I did get to the leasing office at 4pm, Devontre told me I needed to leave and come back at 5pm because he was going to LUNCH. LUNCH AT 4pm. Very unprofessional and Mind you it would’ve taken me less than 10 minutes to measure one wall. A day before the new move in date my unit was changed again because my original unit 3304 was still under renovation ( REMEMBER THIS FOR LATER IN THE STORY) Now onto the apartment itself. When I moved in, the apartment was not move in ready. The appliances were not updated as I was told they would be. The appliances were old, the freezer ice machine didn’t work, and the stove was missing all of the drip bowls. The cabinets were not painted, they were sanded and never touched after that. The wall sockets didn’t work. Inside the tub it looks like maintenance stuffed residue from the renovation into the drain. It was IMPACTED with sediment. The shower and shower knob was still tied up with plastic and tape and there was a wet paint sign from a week ago hanging on the shower rod. A part of the patio door was not attached but leaning up against the porch. The light bulbs were all different colors throughout the apartment and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was not screwed in properly. When doing the walkthrough of the apartment, I mentioned these concerns to Devontre and he proceeded to tell me that “you didn’t apply for an upgraded unit anyways, and if you don’t like it i guess you can’t move in.” Now remember, management above him moved me from 3304 due to it still being under renovation. But he shows his incompetence again by saying I didn’t apply for a renovated unit. Not once did he try to problem solve and call maintenance or someone above him. He basically said “It is what it is.” I then asked if there was a manager available as I had to be out of my old place and he said no.I left and ended up going back into the leasing office 5 minutes later and a lady (Kamryn) was standing next to his desk. I asked him again if there was anyone above him, and he proceeded to point at her. I just want to point out how he lied and said there was no manager available. After speaking to Kamryn she was able to get in contact with maintenance to address these concerns. These concerns were never fixed by maintenance. After moving in Devontre and Kamryn called and emailed me a combined total of 5 times within an hour to sign a lease to an apartment that wasn’t functional. In those emails they never addressed the non functional apartment but told me they will take steps to get me evicted. When I went to the leasing office to return my keys after moving out, Devontre refused to take the keys and said that I need to come back at 10am after I spoke to Kamryn who told me to bring him the keys. He would not take the keys and told me i needed to come back later. So Kamryn instructed me to leave them on the mat. These issues with the unit was beyond being upgraded, it wasn’t suitable to be lived in. Devontre is incompetent, Kamryn tries to fake like she’s helping but she’s not. I think the only person in that office that knows what’s going on in Reginald. Thank God Devontre and Kamryn forgot to have me sign the lease or I would’ve been stuck in this dump. Fast forward to 9/27, the unit 1317, that I moved out of is back up on their website saying it’s not ready until OCTOBER 3RD. Proving my point that it was not move in ready."
