From the moment we first stepped into this community, Shanter's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for our entire experience. We were new to Georgia as we recently relocated from Texas. My daughter was starting at GSU in August, our dogs were patiently waiting to roam a backyard again, and our furniture was awaiting a new permanent address to be delivered. Our situation was critical to get settled into a new home, and fast. We submitted the application and all requested documents as we continued close communications with Shanter. The time frame from applying to receiving the acceptance letter with a go-ahead move in date was fast, the process exceeded our expectations; we were so pleased. Whether it's a friendly chat in the lobby or addressing a maintenance concern, Shanter consistently goes above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. "I’ve lived here since June and I can honestly say the communication and promptness is spectacular. Especially moving from down town atlanta to this suburb it’s a complete 360 dealing with other companies versus Chatteron springs. Chanter is always helpful and takes her time and peaks to you whenever she can. Work orders are done quickly and it’s a very nice neighborhood. The only thing is I’m working to try and get my specific street address in Google maps because Apple Maps only brings it up because it’s a new neighborhood. Be sure to put extra details into finding your home when it comes to deliveries. Besides that. We love it!"
