He is by far my favorite person to interact with at the Rosemont Dunwoody office, though most everyone is pretty awesome. I have been living here for about a year and half and Hector is always incredibly helpful, kind and SOOO patient!! He always greets me when I go by the office or if I see him out and about on the property – such simple gestures of acknowledgement mean a lot and truly make me feel appreciated as a resident. He has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with any issues or concerns I have ever had. Just the other day, he helped me extract a package from the Parcel lockers that was much too difficult for me to remove on my own. Not only that, but he offered me a ride on the cart to get it home as it was very heavy and large and would have been trying for me to carry on my own. He didn’t have to do any of that, but it was greatly appreciated!! Beyond that, he exudes such a calming energy that always assures me that everything will work out. He’s a stellar human all around and I wholeheartedly respect and appreciate the opportunities I have had to work with him!! I enjoy living here, it's very convenient to bus/marta/hwy, I LOVE the reflection pond and the fitness amenities. I truly feel safe here and highly recommend this property!"

"My boyfriend and I have been in the apartments for two weeks now and it has been a pleasant transition! We had some relatively significant maintenance issues upon move in (broken fridge and dishwasher & some holes in inside of cabinets) but they were resolved quickly! Hector Vela helped us a lot by putting in my maintenance requests for me and expediting our requests because of the severity! It was all resolved within about a week, along with other minor fixes to the apartment. Efficient management and efficient maintenance staff has been my experience with this place thus far. The price is good, the apartment looks nice.. thank you Hector for your assistance!"
