"Not a good representation of Sandy Springs, these apartments are in a nice area but aren’t nice. Worse place ever if you want security! GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN! Lots of bugs due to the forestry in the neighborhood but no regular pest control. The amenities are all ran down and suck, the pool has no flair or coverings from the sun. The gym most of the equipment is broken and it always smells really bad like a sewer. If you wfh this is definitely not the neighborhood for you! The children are loud and play in the buildings and ride scooters in the road. There is no sign that says watch for children and although there is a designated play area the children play everywhere but there and completely unsupervised by parents. I have seen the same children who don’t live in my building playing and cursing outside in the breezeway for over a year and never a single parent. It’s like they send them away from their building to play by others. I even got a notice from my job for noise levels and I don’t have children so I had to explain it’s the complex children. The apartments are super old and my interior is falling apart. They did basic upgrades to things that don’t matter like new black appliances but everything else in the apartment is old and sucks! The office staff changes a lot! The best thing about this apartment is Mr Leon. He is kind and aware. I have lived in 3 complexes in Sandy Springs since attending college in this area and this is the worse and again not a representation of the area and definitely way too costly for the quality it’s giving Bankhead not sandy springs."

"Recently moved in the community. The whole process from taking a tour to finalizing the apartment went smooth. The leasing consultant Dianne is gem of a professional! She took care of all my needs and helped out with all the formalities and paperwork as well. She was honest and transparent about the possible options and included amenities. She made sure that the apartment was properly ready before the move-in date. Thumbs up to her! I am still new, but the community seems quiet, nice, and clean place to live. It definitely works for the price and amenities provided. The leasing team with Oliver and Jeremy (Manager) is also quite helpful. The maintenance team headed by Leon seems great, and they responded in a timely fashion to fix the initial issues I found. Overall, it seems a great place to live with my current experience and will recommend it to anyone! Will update further (hopefully to 5 stars) after my stay is longer!"

"Think twice before coming to this site. Don't come even if you have to. Management only exists but is ineffective and does not solve any of your problems. I had many problems, I will share only two of them. Firstly, I said that my house is full of bugs, they said they would fix it. but it didn't work at all, on the contrary, the insects in my house increased and became uninhabitable. My second problem is that I reported that my ceiling fell from two places, they came twice and took pictures, each time they said they would come within 1 week, but no one came for repairs for 2-3 months. I can't wait for my contract to end. As I said, these are just a few problems I've had, there's much more. Think again before coming here!!!!"
