The apartments themselves are well-built and maintained for the price. It is generally quiet and my partner and I have enjoyed living here so far. A great, secure space for graduate students to live!"

"Unfortunately this place has been a real disappoint. When I moved in the unit was not clean and I had to clean it myself. It was disgusting. Two days later, I saw a German cockroach. I alerted the property manager, Ms. Bridgette, and she got the cleaning crew to come clean behind my stove and fridge and the contracted pest control to come spray. She said that it shouldn't be an issue in a couple of months as long as pest control comes every 2 weeks. It's been 2 months and the cockroaches are still here, and the infestation seems to be worse. Pest control only sprays; they do not do a targeted approach if they don't deem your unit having an infestation. I don't know the parameters of how they measure whether there's an infestation or not, but I have cleaned up roach poop and seen several roaches. I'm at my wits end, very grossed out. I don't keep food out. I keep my apartment clean, but canr help but feel utterly grossed out and worried for my cat who has asthma. I will say, Ms. Bridgette has been very accommodating otherwise."

"Bridgette is wonderful and made my move-in process as quick and easy as possible! She was informative, transparent, and so helpful with every question I had. My unit was spotless at move-in and when I had a small request for maintenance it was handled super fast. Love my new apartment and the complex is quiet and well-maintained."

"They were incredibly accommodating and the entire application and move-in process was extremely easy. Great location, it's super convenient to be across the street from a grocery store Update: 2.5 stars: roaches in renovated unit. I kept seeing them since I moved in and let the office know, I've seen the exterminator twice in 4 months. I've tried everything I know to get rid of them including spending 4+ hours deep cleaning my kitchen, moving and cleaning all the appliances and bleaching all the surfaces. It seems to be a problem with the building itself."

"I’ve been staying here since February of this year and I love it! This is my first apartment and Bridgette helped me have a smooth move in process. Since being here, maintenance is prompt and responds to work orders in a timely manner. My work orders never go past 24 hours of waiting. The property is clean, well maintained, and quiet. The only thing I will say that needs a little improvement is our laundry room, but I’m glad and thankful that it’s open and working because I’ve stayed at a place where it wasn’t working at all. Overall, this os a great apartment complex."
