"A friend lives there and well, grills are not allowed because of what the city says. Only the ugly thing was that they weren't warned and they threw out all of the residents. The ugly thing is that it is money wasted from so much effort by these people. Even bicycles that may be someone's only transportation. A friend lives there and well they don't allow grills for the same reason the city says so. The fact they threw them was so messed up money just thrown away from so much effort of these people.
