"Been here since April and the dishwasher still has standing water in it and it hasn’t worked. Maintenance came out 3x and asked was anything wrong and checked and never came back. A/C hasn’t worked at 100% all summer and now fall and it’s still burning up upstairs. We had to buy portable ac and like 3 fans. The amount of spiders are CRAZY. I think it’s all the trees and bushes. The only decent thing is the price of rent in these days and times and the space is decent. It’s truly a downgrade for me. But I had to make a sacrifice to save $. There are tooooo many accidents for me and a visitor of a resident even hit me in the back and ran. AT A RED LIGHT LEAVING THE APTS. They ran the light and drove off. I’m so ready to leave. I wish we only signed a 6 month lease. I hope they make changes and start fixing stuff soon."

"My family has lived here for almost three years and it gets worse by the year. My apartment is interested with roaches, most of my appliances don't work, and the landlord has a nasty attitude and doesn't care about what's wrong with anybody's apartment. All she does is collect rent. I need a new stove and a new refrigerator and she expects us to pay for it. Hopefully this gets to the right person because Lakeisha really needs to be fired."

"I just moved is march 7th n upon move in i had roaches i have requested pest control every week since then n they only came once. My fridge is broken my water heater is under my counter with a piece of plywood covering it. I know you looking here because your credit is low and so are funds but these are my living conditions."
