"This place is the ABSOLUTE worst!! If zero stars were allowed, that's exactly what this place will get. 2 years ago, they started a renovation which consist of cheap paint and cheap floors. Then they jacked up the rent to cover the expense for the work and material done. WELL, all that foolishness went straight to the pits of you know what. The paint is NOW chipping, mold is growing in most of the units, ceilings are caving in and floors are bulging and caving in, because of the overwhelming moisture in just about every unit. Your new home will meet your standards at the signing of your lease. But as soon as you move in and get comfy, all that beauty starts to unravel. They advertise central air and heat...HAHAHA! You'll get a busted up unit in your living room window that'll work when it decides to do so. If you complain to management, they won't fix it, they'll go to one of the vacant apts, snatch that unit out and place in your apt. Well guess what??? That one doesn't work either. If they give you a unit with an upstairs...you'll only have heat and/or air on one of the two floors. This place is for desperate people with bad credit, messed up rental history, etc and they (mgmt) takes advantage of that. I'm telling you, this place is the WORST. Oh and your rent will fluctuate, let me rephrase that...your rent will go higher and higher with each passing month, it's never the 750.00 you signed your lease for. The outdoors of these apartments are much better than the indoors, something is wrong with that picture."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I applied over a week ago with no answer or update. I called multiple time and no one in office EVER answers it’s always sent to a call center who can give no information and can only send a request for a call back and the office NEVER calls back. I had to physically go into the office to speak to the male leasing agent who was extremely rude and dismissive. He had no answer and had to call someone else to tell me that they needed income verification something I had already done. I ended up out of $75 and no apartment! Do not waste your time applying. Save yourself the trouble.UPDATE: I’ve been trying for 5 days now to get in contact with the complex to get back my $75 application AFTER being told I would get my money back."

"From personal experience, I can most definitely say the apartment complex is improving! Since recently coming into contact with Ms. Debra Freeman, I’ve noticed that she is putting in a lot of work to implement and ASSURE these improvements even. She has also done well at personally assisting us residents on the property! Thank you Ms. Debra!!!!"

"I feel one star is too generous. This property has to be the worst I’ve seen on my hunt for a new home. I can’t even believe they are showing apartments in that condition. The leasing agent that I spoke with was not welcoming at all she closed the door in face and they had the audacity to want me to pay $600 upfront before I even was able to see the unit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!"

"This apartment is unfortunately what you'd expect for the price. 1. My apartment was infested with roaches; I took it upon myself to get rid of them. 2. The "hot" water ran lukewarm for a minute or two and then it would turn freezing cold. I took ice cold showers in the winter for 2 years. 3. My security deposit was returned to me 120 days after I moved. It's supposed to be returned within 30 days after moving according to Georgia law. 4. I requested a copy of my lease and the property manager could not provide me with a copy because she couldn't find it. Her words, not mine. 5. A man was murdered in his apartment during a drug transaction while I lived there. 6. There was an infectious outbreak of some sort that occurred in bldg 3939, but the residents were never informed. I just happen to know because it occurred two apartments down from my apartment. My bldg was taped off with yellow tape and surrounded by at least 12 squad cars. I was not allowed to leave the premises until the next morning. This incident was brushed under the rug as if it never happen. 7. On the last day of my lease, during business hours, I attempted to check out and turn in my keys; but the leasing office was closed. The next day, after work, I turn in my keys and checked out. I explained to the property manager that I was a day late because the office was closed the day before. She still documented that moved out a day late. These apartments are outdated and the leasing staff is incompetent. Unless you have absolutely no other options, don't move here."
