"This is the worst place to live. I moved during COVID and there were things needing to be done the day I took possession of the apartment. The management company Kenco assured me the repairs would be replaced or fixed like the stove didn't work properly never used the oven for 4 years. The apartment 3765 has water damage and it was never addressed during move in, it was painted over to hide the proof. The Kenco management didn't fix anything the whole time they were in charge. The owners during that time they sold the property during eviction and tried to get money of past due rent of $5000.00 but it was dismissed with prejudice because of negligence and a new owner purchased it and on the day of inspection to purchase I informed them that the apartment had become molded and damaged all my personal property estimated at $75,000.00. So the property was purchased regardless of pending litigation against the property, surest management took possession of the duty of management she assured me that I would be moved to another unit and my damage's would be addressed. Never happened instead they file for eviction as well and promised the courts they would fix all damaged property within the apartment unit 3765 if rent was paid. I was ordered to pay so I did, nothing was fixed and the property was sold again and Alexander properties took possession and before they're owner purchased the property they too did inspection and was informed of mold and the inspector Sarah became property manager aware of the mold but during her tenure there was a sewer leakage which took 5 months to be addressed even after other tenants complained. It wasn't until the apartments management was ticketed with 3 situation that actions were taking and they were to evicted me immediately even offered $1500 to move with rent forgiveness. Sarah filed for eviction for 2nd time according to records attempting to get possession of the property, the judge remember this case and awarded $12,000.00 to the apartment minus $6000.00 because of my counter claim of $75,000.00 but I refused to pay because my loss out weight the rent. This apartment complex is running away it's African American community to make way for the gentrification movement that is taking place in dekalb county. They are purposely discriminating against it's disabled tenants by allowing continuous neglect. So if you want to be ignored mistreated by the management and disrespected by the owners of the property... Yes this is what you want to live like. I can't call it racism at all it's pure and simple neglect of the disabled. It's a horrible place for those on fixed income because you money won't represent how you want to live with the management and owners Alexander properties. They are slumlords for hire..."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The groundskeeper/maintenance men THREATEN the tenants (IN FRONT OF THEIR CHILDREN) The leasing office DOES NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.I’ve been here going on 3 years and I don’t even feel comfortable asking them to repair anything because of their hostility as well as threats communicated by their employees. The pest are insane no matter what you do. Their Property manager Ms. Sarah is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL as well as belligerent. They have terrible communication. They literally pressured me to write a good review for Ms.Sarah at one point because higher management wasn’t pleased with her performance. I really recommend you look elsewhere for a place.they also go into your apartment without permission."

"⭐️Leaving these 6' Stars to Ms. Ariana & Ms.Sierra here @ Langley Place Apartments. These two women were very polite & pleasant, VERY respectable and Professional. They contacted me back as promised when the unit was available & made sure that my unit was move-in ready. Most properties wouldn't even consider the thought to even think to call you back, even though you just applied using the little hard earned money for applications fees, administration, ect... The Maintenance Men were cool guys as well. But,Again, Thank You two Ladies."
