"Poorly managed property. Several months without an assistant manager. Then the regional brings in her ghetto unprofessional friend! Yikes. I miss when we were in good hands. This property has gone down over the years. Vee refers to ppl as “sugar” “honey” and “sweetheart”. So unprofessional and LOUD! It’s impossible to continue to live here at this point!"
"If you wanna live here just know that they have lazy maintenance workers that disrespect your bathroom with they need to fix it. They don’t clean after themselves and the mutter underneath their breath when the talk sh!! about you and then leave with no warning when they feel like the done all the could do. He left the old plumbing on my floor, Mucky water on my floor, and Matt’s and my carpet. Also, this maintenance worker had the worst attitude ever."
"Been there since 2019, the apartments went downhill each year. Have to constantly call maintenance because they take a very long time. There is also a huge bug problem and the gate never works. Can’t tell you the last time the gate has worked. And I also been having to deal with this leak right outside my door for months. Constantly calling asking could it be fixed immediately and still didn’t happen. I’m just happy to finally be gone."
"I've been here for 3.5 years. Management changes often. There is one person that is always pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Her name is Ms. Tessa Moore. She cares about people. I love the location and my apartment. The hallways are another story. It hasn't been cleaned, painted or get the trash picked up daily in years. Doors are broken leading to the building. The gate has been broken for months. Security is laughable they just ride around and talk to each other. No one answers the phone if you call. Security doors are always unlocked or propped open."
