Southern Oaks Apartments

"Sharing my experience it’s a lengthy one…The management before Ms Lynn team was so terrible I had old appliances, nothing was new that’s the only reason I’m moving but Ms Lynn is so sweet. This was my first apartment and she was so kind coming in and also trying to update our apartment. Before I left everything was getting updating the apartments are newer, you guys should stop in and get an apartment. I wish I stayed but like I said the only thing was appliances. Neighborhood was quiet and your in the center of almost everything. Definitely go in and tour the apartments. Shout out to Ms Lynn also great manager."

"Southern oaks has been nothing but a huge blessing to me. They have been very supportive of what I need to live comfortably in my apartment home. They have been quick to respond to any problems I was experiencing In maintenance and other tenants that may have not been so nice to me. I greatly appreciate them and their caring character they have shown since I moved in. I highly recommend these apartments!!! Edit 09/28/2023 The new maintenance staff Ms. Lynn hired is amazing as well!!! They fix my things in a timely manner and they are respectful and professional. I have never met a maintenance team as good as the new ones over here!"

"This property is located in an amazing area and extremely convenient. The property manager Ms Lynn does an amazing job of explaining the property and all the amazing amenities. She was a joy to meet and tour the property with. The renovations and upgrades look great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a nice community to live in Southern Oaks is a great option."
