"NOT WORTH THE MOVE UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING IN TROUBLE FOR FIXING THINGS YOURSELF WHEN YOU GET TIRED OF WAITING ON THEIR UNREASONABLE SLOWNESS! I'd worry about that gate of yours that keeps getting broken every other day instead of towing your tenants car they use to pay your overpriced rent. Also, real funny how you ask for ppl to leave a 5 star review as an incentive reward when you don't fix anything you're supposed too, paint over your problems, and then act surprised when your tenants leave dissatisfy with your abismole performance. Those flimsy signs are nothing but that. As flimsy and pathetic as you're ability to actually do your job for what you're paid. Also, half of your amenities are never open when they're supposed to be. Your responses on your eviction signs is an absolute lie as well. You may have been actively evicting ppl off your premises, but don't act like you didn't have literal signage up MOCKING THEM and really scaring off new tenants too. You should put them back up instead of those phoney welcome signs though. They were closer to your true work ethic than what's up now. [FYI, a bathroom sink has been broken for over 3 months. You sent ppl to fix it on multiple occasions and they have done jack squat. It still leaks water and some black sludge, completely unusable. This is really how you treat your tenants I can see why no one wants to pay rent. Also, you've clearly have ramped up your towing attention because I'm seeing some of your tenants cars that ok go to and fro starting to be labeled for towing. But you now you will not fix your gate. Definitely not worth the time or rent here. Glad my lease will be up soon, because you all need better everything. Management, ownership, and maintenance.]"

"The property management team here is absolutely horrible. For simple questions you are rudely told you need an appointment. The assistant manager mouth is reckless . She speaks to people like they are trash. The property manager always has a stank attitude. And she does not but rely messages through the leasing agent . Work orders are never done. They paint over mold and let leaks go on for weeks at a time which leads to a water stain in the ceiling causing more mold and it is not properly treated. This complex could be really good but the management team is horrible. Do not lease here."

"This property is the definition of a good apartment complex with a horrible management team. The property manager is rude and does not speak to residents about ongoing problems in units, she relays messages through the leasing agent. she has the meanest demeanor. the assistant manager does not answer simple questions related to rent payments unless you have an " appointment." and when you do have an appointment, she is late as if she is the only one with a job responsibility and talks to you in the rudest tone. They do not care about residents, and it shows in their actions and upkeep of the property."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The property manager is the worst . She speaks to people in the rudest way. She is literally a B ! The way she talks to people is ridiculous. I have seen many managers but this is by far the worst . She is the reason I’m moving .The owners and property management needs to evaluate their property managers better. They do not fix anything and when you go to the office the property manager won’t even talk to you she relays messages to the leasing agent. The only reason I leased here was because of Chanteasa. She had a welcoming spirit and was honestly a delight. I hate to see a good property go bad because of the property manager . Do not lease here unless you like being disrespected and then expected to pay rent ."

"To avoid yourself a headache please DO NOT MOVE HERE. From the office to maintenance nobody does their job the only thing they do on time is put that letter on your door if you late on rent expeditiously to have that late fee added. I had an issue with bugs the first 6 months of my lease some type of worm bug was infesting my place, in order to have this issue resolved I had to go to the office at least 5 times before it was actually fixed. I went to the office to submit an emergency maintenance request August 10th due to water leaking from my kitchen sink, behind the stove, into the dining area and a light for my closet. I specifically asked the girl to have maintenance go into the apartment because I work and the days I am off the office is closed. She stated she will give them a key, they never came, I called the front office to figure out what happened to maintenance 2 weeks later. The girl said she will send them with a key once again!! Maintenance came while I was at work and she did not provide them a key. Now a month later I’m still having water leak which could be causing mold and causing the baseboards to turn brown and also causing me to mop water constantly when I’m getting home from work. Honestly don’t know why they are here but it’s not to help the residents, maybe to get a discount on rent because some of the employees do live in the complex. They have attitudes when you walk in the office, very hostile environment and also have attitudes when you call to ask a question or to simply have something fixed in the place you’re paying for. Pool was never opened not sure why we are paying for amenities. Don’t forget staff change every month almost, pretty sure I will be dealing with someone else by October. The gate never works they might as well leave the gate open. Currently looking into how to have them reported and counting down for my lease to be up!! Please save yourself a headache by taking your money where it is valued and to somewhere you can feel comfortable to call home."
