"I have lived at several properties in the ATL area over the course of the last 15 years - I've never had the pleasure of feeling as taken care of as I do here. The leasing and maintenance staff is professional, approachable, accommodating and prompt. They're also really awesome people, in general. For any of the issues mentioned in previous reviews, I've never seen a problem that isn't addressed ASAP. If trash fills up, it's taken care of once the office is open and staff is able to address it. If the elevator breaks, it's because folks are holding the door open too long and it shuts down for SAFETY reasons. There are multiple elevators in the building that you can use during the hour or so the elevator might be out of service (it's only happened once during my stay here.) I've never seen pests. And if the Summer months bring them (as I know they might, bc let's face it, that's life) then I'm sure maintenance will be on top of it. The apartments are super spacious with dreamy walk-in closets. There are monthly socials planned to help network and build relationships. The community sits in a quiet area that feels like home and is close to everything. And I live here as a mom, raising my child, so my standards for accommodation are set quite high. So far, too good. I'd absolutely recommend living here at Link Apartments, Grant Park."

"I have been in my unit since April, Maintenace gets to work orders in under 24 hours, both Traci & Shontel do a great job at communicating with residents. Having a pool view you can expect noise, but everything usually starts to quiet around 10 and the lounge is a great place to meet residents."

"I've been here for 2 months and so far so good! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the resident portal is super easy to use, and the amenities are nice. Staff also does a great job of organizing resident events which are really cute. Lovee how close we are to the Beltline, restaurants, groceries, and easy to get to anywhere else in the city."

"Full disclosure, I’ve only been a resident for 6 weeks and plan to update my review after more time. As for first impressions, I’m really pleased with my experience at Link Grant Park. Unit: 5/5 The units are relatively new, modern, and in great condition. It’s smaller than other places I’ve stayed, but definitely better designed. I’m in a 2 bed, 2 bath. I love that they use Google Fiber & my WiFi connection has been superior to most places I’ve stayed which is excellent when I WFH. The cell service is very unreliable. I often have 1 bar or less (I have Verizon). Luckily most people in my life have iPhones/iMessage so this hasn’t been a major issue for me. My flat is equipped with modern amenities, large walk-in closets, and stainless steel appliances. The ceilings are high and the balcony is pretty spacious. The walls are pretty thin, but with the television on I can barely hear anything. To be fair, I don’t have high expectations for noise control in a large metropolitan area, however I still find it relatively quiet in my wing most times of the day. Common Spaces: 4/5 Pool is clean and courtyard has plenty of engaging activities. The pool is very shallow which isn’t my preference, but it’s great for lounging. There’s a fire pit, cornhole, & grills. The courtyard trash could be emptied more frequently, but it’s not a major mark against them. The indoor lounge is large— two TVs, full kitchen, pool table, and multiple areas to sit, socialize, or work. It’s clear that the lounge has been frequently used, so things are a bit worn. Still a great space that I enjoy often. The fitness center is well equipped with anything you’d need for your standard home/app workout routine. The dance/pilates/yoga studio is a great touch. If you’re doing intense training like CrossFit, this definitely won’t be a total replacement for your standard gym membership, but it’s still a great option for the average person. Love that it’s open 24/7. There’s sometimes little healthy treats in there as well which is a great touch. Right outside is an ice machine & refillable water bottle station which is awesome. The business center is currently under construction, so no review for that yet unfortunately. The mailroom is very secure when delivery drivers put items in the lockers like they’re supposed to (and Amazon often doesn’t). There’s a shredder which is an unexpected nice touch. The large package room has a trick door that’s awful & you might possibly get stuck in there if you aren’t careful. All in all the good outweighs the bad. -.5 for cleanliness, -.5 for package security. Parking: 4/5 The gate has been broken since I’ve moved in. I’ve come home late and observed our security officer making rounds through the garage. Although I’d prefer for the gate to be fixed (especially since there’s a monthly parking fee), I’m glad there’s actual physical security. This is Atlanta though— folks love to steal. I’d be cautious parking your luxury vehicle or leaving ANYTHING visible in your car anywhere in this city, this complex included. In my short time, I haven’t seen any issues in the garage, but I know that could change at any moment. -1 for the broken gate. Events: 5/5 The community events are well thought out and engaging. The residents are social and excited to meet their neighbors. The staff are intentional about finding engaging activities for residents. And food trucks weekly. Location: 5/5 Grant Park is awesome. We’re by everything. Minutes from shops, the beltline, Kroger, restaurants, etc. Seriously, just open the map & see how great the proximity is to some of Atlanta’s finest. It’s still in a major metropolitan area, so it’s not going to be as safe as the suburbs, but it’s still pretty safe for Atlanta. Staff: 5/5 Each staff person I’ve engaged with from front office staff to maintenance has been awesome. Each time my roommate or I has come to the office we’ve been met with empathy, understanding, patience, and most importantly— solutions. Google doesn’t allow 4.5/5 ratings, so 5 stars it is."

"I honestly hope my next apartment is just as great as this one! I’ve been here since June 2021 & I’m moving for a change of scenery. I enjoyed my neighbors, the close proximity to the airport (& pretty much everything) and the amenities. Traci in the office has always made sure that I’m taken care of. 5 stars because whenever I had type of inconvenience they would handle it. Chris in maintenance is top tier! Any request I made he would be there the next day. They take care of their residents period. They have the same issues most apartments in major cities have but they overcome them."
