"The worse stuffs I ever seen in my life in this apartment. Mostly the manager she totally has bad attitude and never listen to the residents what they say. If she stays there i think no new customers come there because of her attitude. I have been there for a while but because of her attitudes I have to leave from there. So I recommend that the manager should be changed and stuffs need more training how to respect the residents. One thing they didn’t count others value only thinks themselves and have no humanity. So she should be fired from there, so get good manager to handle the responsibility. ‘"

"I am currently living here I wish I could give them 0 star but their is no option for that.Pathetic management. Maintenance guys are amazing but never on time to fix the issues need to wait for weeks to get it fixed.Now is the turn for staff the lady sitting her name is Margarita is a very rude and a bad behavior person will never help you with your questions and concerns she is always in a bad mood management need to trained her or fired her because if she doesn’t listen to us then who will.And all the marketing they are doing now to lease their apartment is a LIE .they always ask us to refer to your friends and we will be rewarded for that but they will never do that when you go ask them about it they will make excuses all these rewards things are fake and spam be careful guys."

"SLUM LOARDS: BUYER BEWEAR!! Before moving here, I thought we found a great place to stay. Unfortunately we found out the hard way that nothing really gets fixed. Your packages will be stolen, your mail will be stolen, someone might go in your car and steal your Apple Watch that was left in the Center console. The walls are thin, it’s a draft at the front door and every window so be ready for the winter light bill. Make sure you have a bunch of towels you keep on standby just for the leaks that you’ll have. We’ve had our dishwasher randomly overflow even if we don’t use it for over a year now. The 2 photos were taken today 1/27/2024 and it’s smells like raw sewage, I almost threw up….. it’s a save investment though (that’s why I gave 1 star) don’t waste your money here, just pay me instead and I’ll give you a card Bored box, it’s the same thing."

"MOVED OUT DUE TO ROACHES!! I lived here for about 3 years. The first year was great. The neighbors were respectful of night hours and would quiet nose routinely around 10 pm. After the first year, new neighbors cycled in continuously and would keep up noise all hours. And when I say all hours, I truly mean all hours. Complaining to the office or after hours police does nothing. Final straw was roaches infesting the building. Never had a problem with pests for the almost 3 years. All of a sudden an influx of roaches comes in and the office sends a notice that they're fogging our building and the adjacent building which leads me to believe they were aware it was a problem before the roaches made their way to my unit. The property was not cooperative in letting me out of my lease due to the new roach issue. They offered to fog the unit but the roaches will just take refuge in the adjacent units and come back. Impossible to treat a roach building issue unit by unit at an apartment. Not worth all the issues. Great area but terrible if you want any peace when you get home. Angel the property manager is the biggest jerk and a lot of the staff follows his lead by being rude. Save yourself the headache."

"There are many pros and cons to living here. I have lived here about 3.5 years and when I first moved in, management was amazing. Quick responses to service requests, property maintenance, etc. Things have gone downhill significantly. It takes months for service requests to be responded to. Dog waste bins are usually overflowing and rarely emptied. Residents leave dog waste around. The gate is broken frequently. Packages are stolen regularly from the locker room. I frequently have roaches as I live on the ground floor. The pros are the apartment is nice and spacious. The pool is huge and usually not overcrowded except for weekend nights in the summer. The complex tries to host community-building events but they're not typically well-attended. The workout room is nice. It's convenient to Kroger, Whole Foods, Publix, etc."
